Established in 2015, LeadIR is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to the intelligent optoelectronics field, undertaking core national-level tasks for optoelectronic technology R&D and industrialization. With a total floor area of 60,000 square meters (approximately 14.83 acres), we employ more than 400 staff, focusing on the R&D and innovation of core intelligent optoelectronic technologies.

We are deeply engaged in the R&D and innovation of advanced optoelectronic technologies, holding a total of over 120 independent intellectual property rights. Our core technologies fully cover four key areas: high-speed image algorithm processing for infrared imaging, precision optical and mechanical machining, R&D of high-sensitivity infrared modules and thermal cameras, and AI-driven optoelectronic detection and tracking of low-altitude, small and slow targets. Meanwhile, equipped with more than 600 sets of advanced production and testing equipment-including single-point lathes, CNC polishing machines, profilometers, and interferometers-we have built end-to-end core capabilities from product design and precision machining to system integration and full-process inspection, ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
