The high sensitivity TEC SWIR module features a high-performance InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) with an integrated TEC (Thermoelectric Cooling) system. Offering a 640 x 512 resolution with a 15μm pixel pitch, the sensor operates within the 0.9μm to 1.7μm spectral range. The TEC cooling ensures the detector maintains an optimal operating temperature, significantly reducing readout noise. Designed with an integrated, modular architecture, the core is characterized by high sensitivity, a compact form factor, lightweight build, and low power consumption. It supports CameraLink and PAL video interfaces, ensuring seamless integration for end-users.
